BREAKING: PPP wins case against EC

An Accra High Court presided over by Justice Eric Kyei Baffuor has ordered the Electoral Commission to allow PPP Flagbearer Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom to correct the mistake on his form for which reason the Commission decided to reject his nomination form. 

The Disqualified Nominee filed the suit arguing that the commission had failed to offer him an opportunity to amend the mistake on his form as spelt out in CI 94.
