Dankay Records, management of gospel musician, Anita Afriyie has sued Scancom Ghana Limited, operators of MTN over copyright issues.
According to management, the telecommunication giant has been using Anita Afriyie’s song as caller-ring tone and on MTN play for more than a year without any notification and subsequent permission from the team.
Daniel Osei Kwabena, husband and Manager of Anita Afriyie tells Hwenebobo Newsstand that the writ of summon has been served to Scancom Ghana Limited and is awaiting response.
