[Photos] Adansi Fumso Primary and JHS in bad state

It's a branch road from Adansi Fumso on the Obuasi - Cape coast road.

Adansi Fumso is a farming community where they community produces almost all what they eat from their various farms.

Residents from nearby also comes to buy their surpluses in the Fumso Market.

Many of the farmers are into cash crop production mainly, Ghana’s highly exported cash crop; cocoa but this community is deprived of some social amenities which includes well furnished school building, pliable road amongst others.

Fumso Primary one to six’s building is in good shape but the Kindergarten and Junior High’s is an eye sour.
The KG’s have been divided into four with eighty pupils in a class because of the large enrollment.

KG 1 class has no desks provided by the Ghana Education Service (GES). The pupils sit on stools brought from their various homes and benches whilst they learn.

The road to Fumso is in a dilapidated state. Only motorcycles ply that stretch of road beside market days, Thursdays when bigger cars convey market women to the community from various towns.

Should rain fall, the residents would have to walk.

Countless efforts made by some leaders of Fumso to get their problem attended to yielded no results.
The residents are calling on government and philanthropists to come to their aid.
