Breaking News: Fire guts Abossey Okai Tyre Market

Fire has gutted into some stores at the Abbosey Okai tyre market near the Kaneshie Roundabout.

As at 8:06pm Monday, two shops full of car tyres had been consumed by the inferno.

It keeps spreading whilst fire men are tries to quench it.

Moreover, some residents are helping the firemen to bring the fire under control.

Unfortunately, three fire hydrants full of water are empty but the fire is still spreading.

Delegation from the National Disaster Management Organization(NADMO) are at the scene.

The Police are also doing their possible best to avoid any loss of live.

Despite the households nearer to the fire, no casualties are recorded.

Cause of fire still not ascertained.
