VIDEO: Rainstorm rips off roof of Parliament House; proceedings halted

A part of the roof of Ghana’s Parliament House building has been ripped off by a Tuesday night rainstorm in parts of Accra. Members of parliament have left the main chamber of the House due to a roof leakage caused by the disaster; thus bringing to an end proceedings on a bill that sought to amend portions of the Local Government  Act, our correspondents report.
