REALLY? Is this Manasseh's comment on 2nd Lady's dress?

The aged have always been on point in their sayings which the whites have called it proverbs. 

You should not jump into conclusions so fast. 

Investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni, currently with Multimedia Group Limited has created another controversy on social media with his comment about the dress that Ghana's Second Lady's wore for her husband's inauguration ceremony on January 7th.

Apparently, many have praised Samira Bawumia's dress to the ceremony.  In deed, from my personal point of view,  she nailed it. 

Here what I'm talking about. 

Did she not hit the nail at its head? 

But here is what the controversial, hard working investigative journalist of the year Manasseh Azure Awuni said about Samira's dress. 

As the Vice-President's wife, you don't attend a public event dressed so indecently and showing too much flesh. I used not to see anything wrong with this kind of dressing until I got admitted at the psychiatric hospital.

What is he insinuating?
