The Volta Regional Coordinator of Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) Mrs. Stella Kumedro has revealed that each Ghanaian eats six teaspoonful of his or her toilet or of others.

Yes, you heard her right, 6 teaspoon full of shit.
