Founder of International God's Way Church Bishop Daniel Obinim in a video circulating is handcuffed behind with police CID escort coming out of a building.
The biggest question on the lips of many is, "WHY IS HE CUFFED BEHIND?", newsmen have asked.
But Tema Regional Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Juliana Obeng speaking on Adom FM evening news 'Naket News' says " he was cuffed as part of police process to transfer him to the Police Headquarters for investigations".
She claims per international standard, the best way to transport a suspect safely is to cuff him backwards.
Meanwhile Bishop Obinim is not charged with any offense.
