On 30th of March 2016, National Communications Authority
(NCA) took down some channels off the MULTI TV decoder; notably OB TV, ATV,
Care TV.
According to NCA, the channels taken off were not regulated to operate, some did not meet the basic requirement to operate, and above all most didn’t even have the license to operate.
But guess what? OB TV is back on our screens once again. The new name of former OB TV is
ICE TV.
