A picture that has gone viral purported to be a
tarred road from Kukurantumi in the Brong Ahafo region to Bole in the Northern
Region commissioned by President John Dramani Mahama on his accounting to the
people tour of Brong Ahafo has been established to be false.

Some communicators of government on Tuesday April
26, 2016 took to various platforms hailing the president for the construction
of the said road indicating that it leads from Kukurantumi to Bole the hometown
of President John Dramani Mahama.
The claim has angered members of the various
opposition parties who are accusing government of palpable falsehood aimed at
deceiving unsuspecting Ghanaians for electoral gains.
