A truck loaded with boxes of tomatoes has collided with a Yutong bus on the Techiman-Kintampo road near Tuobodom in the Brong Ahafo region.
The truck according to eyewitnesses is loaded with boxes of tomatoes traveling from the Northern Region to Kumasi.
The accident which occurred around 12am last night looked similar to the Kintampo accident which claimed over 60 lives nearby two weeks ago.
Driver of the tomatoes loaded track is in critical condition on admission at Tachiman Holy Family Hospital.
He suffered leg bone fracture.
Several passengers on board of the Yutong Bus received minor injuries and have all been treated and discharged.
There were no death recorded.
The truck driver's assistant (mate) told Adom News' Koofori Bossu Denkye that the Yuton Adehye3 Travel and Tour Bus driver has run away.
