Ejisu-Juaben Assembly Members have denied Mr. Afrifa Yamoah Ponko the Municipal Chief Executive seat after HE Prez John Dramani Mahama nominated him to go for a second time in the municipality.
The Yes and No voting was to confirm Prez Mahama's nomination but the Assembly Members said No to the decision by the president of Ghana.
Twenty five (25) Assembly Members voted YES whilst forty-one (41) voted no against the former MCE.
But Mr. Ponko still expects President Mahama will again nominate him for a second time, Nhyira FM's Prince Appiah reported on Adom FM 'Naket 6pm Kasię.
