Arrests after Kenya 'back to school party'

Twenty Kenya secondary school students have been taken to court and charged with being drunk and disorderly.

The students were part of a group of about 500 students arrested while partying at a bar in Eldoret town, west of the capital, Nairobi.

The party was to mark the reopening of public schools after teachers suspended their five-week long strike.

The police said some of those arrested had to be released as they were under 18.
