The Agriculture Ministry has announced a temporal ban on the
movement of poultry birds /products and feed from Accra to any region in the
country.
The Deputy Minister in charge of Livestock Hannah Bissiw who
announced this at a news conference says the ministry is going to engage the
services of security agencies to enforce the ban.
She says this forms part of measures to prevent, Control and
contain of the outbreak of Bird Flu.
