Monday morning handed in a case in which he stood accused of defiling a child
under 16 years and engaging in unnatural carnal knowledge, an offence he has

of Ali Gabass had prayed the court to dismiss the prosecution’s claim and
sought that the medical doctor be discharged of the charges of allegedly
sodomizing a 16-year-old boy.

dismissed the application of no case filed, arguing that the defense
was unable to discredit the evidence by prosecution witnesses and could not on
the face of the evidence available to grant the plea of Dr. Gabass.
Dr Ali
