One killed in Kasoa demolition

One person has been shot dead and two injured after some men deployed to supervise a demolition exercise at Kasoa fired warning shots to disperse protesters. Joy News' Ekow Sam who reported from the scene told listeners of Adom Midday News said one person was hit in the head by a stray bullet. The injured, according to him have been rushed to the hospital. The residents of Millennium City had gathered to prevent what they claimed was an unauthorized demolition by an estate firm, 21 st Century Construction. They clashed with the military resulting in chaotic scenes. According to reports, the military men had no name tags or their ranks on while the vehicle they were using for the operations are unregistered. The Municipal Chief Executive of the area Adams Nuhu said the police have been dispatched to the scene to keep peace, assuring the security situation in Kasoa is being looked at critically. According to professor Pacey, a study was done on 2,500 young men and the single biggest risk factor they found was wearing tight underwear. “Men who wear tight underwear are two-and-a-half more times likely to have poor sperm than men who wear boxer shorts.'
